This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. Our services include both preventative and restorative care:    Dental check-ups and cleanings    Dental x-rays    Proper oral hygiene education    Fillings for cavities    Scaling and root planing for gum (periodontal) disease    Treatment for abscessed (infected) teeth    Root canals    Extractions    Crowns    Partial bridges and dentures    Implant restorationsAt all BMRHC medical clinics (Marshall, Clinton, Fairfield Bay, Deer, Yellville, Green Forest and Huntsville, Arkansas), you may be eligible for the sliding fee program if you do not have health insurance or you have a co-pay on your insurance. To find out if you qualify, you must bring:    Your most recent tax return (required annually)    DHS verification of income/food stamps, workers' compensation, alimony, child support, or unemployment (required monthly)    Current verification letter of social security or pensions (required annually)Qualifying participants may receive healthcare services for as low as $25 per visit (Sliding Fee B). Lab work from another doctor or clinic, as well as drug screens not ordered by the primary care doctor are not included in the sliding fee program. These charges are self-pay.
