3. Our Response to Valid Notices
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:
- Review the notice for completeness and validity
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the content provider (if applicable) of the removal
- Provide the content provider with information about the counter-notification process
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Identification of the removed material: Identify the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- Statement under penalty of perjury: Include the following statement: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled."

4.1 Sending Your Counter-Notification

5. Restoration of Content
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will:
- Promptly provide a copy to the original complainant
- Inform the complainant that we will restore the removed material in 10-14 business days
- Restore the material between 10 and 14 business days after receiving the counter-notification, unless we receive notice that the complainant has filed a court action
6. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, account holders or users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to our website or terminate the accounts of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
7. False Claims
Please be aware that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.

8. Accommodation of Standard Technical Measures
