Community Clinic offers dental services at two convenient locations: Rogers (adult) and Springdale (pediatric). That discount is determined by income and household size. To determine what discount you are eligible for, please bring Proof of Income (POI) to your first appointment. Work Hour   Monday-Thursday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Friday 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
