This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. (HUSKY Health is the State of Connecticut’s public health coverage program for eligible children, parents, relative caregivers, senior citizens, individuals with disabilities, adults without children, and pregnant women.)  Children up to age 19 may qualify regardless of family income level. The Care Coordinators will work with each individual and family to determine which program is a good fit and help to complete the application. They can also grant immediate HUSKY insurance coverage for eligible children, pregnant women and for the HUSKY Limited Family Planning benefits, on behalf of the Department of Social Services.
