Dental Services include:    Exams    Cleaning    Fluoride treatment    Sealants    Emergency services    Periodontal scaling (treatment for gum disease)    Fillings    Extractions    Dentures and Partials referred to specialty offices outside of HealthPointSliding Fee Scale- Scale requires proof of income (example: pay stub or tax return). Scale is based on family size and income. Discounts can be 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100% of all services.
