This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. Dental Services:  Dental Exams  Fillings  Extractions  Dental Hygiene  Dentures  Root Canals  Crowns & Bridges  Sealants  X-Rays  Dentures (Full/Partial)  Patient Education  Limited Urgent Care A Sliding Fee Discount is available to all patients based on family size and income up to 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. An application for the Sliding Fee Discount must be provided annually by each patient or family with proof of income.  Dental Hours:  Monday – Tuesday, 8:00 am – 8:00 pm.  Wednesday – Thursday, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm.  Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
