This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. Dental Services:  Screenings and examinations  Restorations and fillings  Cleanings and sealants  Digital X-rays  Extractions  Root Canals  Crowns WellOne accepts Blue Cross, United Healthcare, Medicare, Medicaid, Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island, Tufts, Aetna and many others. They have enrollment assisters who can provide assistance to patients in enrolling in various financial assistance and insurance programs including WellOne’s Financial Assistance Program (sliding fee scale program).  Dental Hours:  Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.  Thursday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm.  One Saturday per month (hygiene only) 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.
