This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. Dental Services:  Comprehensive oral exams  Health screenings  X-rays  Extractions  Cleanings  Fillings Partial dentures (for qualifying clients) Health centers accept most health insurance plans including Medicare and Medicaid and for those patients without insurance, services are provided on a sliding fee scale based on the patient's income. Dental Hours:  Tuesday and Thursday evenings, first-come, first-served/call ahead for availability. Monday through Friday from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm.
