Dental Services:  Cleanings  Exams  Digital x-rays  Sealants  Fillings  Extractions  Dental emergencies  Partials  Root canals  TMJ  Some oral surgery  Some cosmetic dentistry As a Federally Qualified Health Center, they are given funds to enroll uninsured individuals in their programs. Sliding Scale Program: This program allows them as a center to reduce the rate of the services being obtained by patients to better suit their level of income. This program is income based. Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm. Wednesday: 8:00 am - 7:00 pm. Friday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
